Mentorship is a core pillar of Powered by Christ Ministries. We believe that spiritual growth happens not only through preaching and teaching, but through personal guidance, accountability, and relationships rooted in God’s Word. Just as Jesus discipled His followers closely, we are committed to walking alongside men, women, boys, and girls as they grow in their faith and discover their identity in Christ.

Our Mentorship pillar focuses on helping individuals develop godly character, biblical understanding, emotional maturity, and practical wisdom for daily life. Through one-on-one discipleship, small groups, teaching, and prayer, we seek to raise up believers who are strong, confident, and fruitful in their walk with God.

How We Approach Mentorship

Whenever we serve in a community, our aim is to equip individuals to grow spiritually and to become leaders in their homes, churches, and schools. Our mentorship work includes:

• Biblical teaching and discipleship

• Guidance in spiritual growth and personal development

• Building godly character and accountability

• Emotional and spiritual support

• Encouragement in identity, calling, and purpose

• Preparing the next generation for leadership in the Church

Because the needs of men and women are often different, and because young people benefit from age-specific guidance, we offer mentorship through two distinct ministry tracks.

Men’s Ministry – Coals of the Flame

​

Our men’s mentorship program exists to strengthen men in their walk with Christ, develop spiritual maturity, build godly discipline, and prepare them to lead their families and communities with integrity.
This ministry also includes a dedicated focus on boys mentorship, helping young men grow in identity, purity, leadership, and Christlike character.

Women’s Ministry – Hope and Beyond

​

Our women’s mentorship program focuses on healing, identity, discipleship, and spiritual growth. We walk alongside women as they discover their God-given purpose and learn to stand strong in Christ.
Included within this ministry is girls mentorship, which provides spiritual guidance, emotional support, and teaching suited for young girls in their unique season of life.

Our desire is to see men, women, boys, and girls become fully grounded in the Word of God, strengthened by the Holy Spirit, and equipped to live confidently as disciples of Jesus Christ. Through mentorship, believers grow not only in knowledge, but in character, purpose, and spiritual maturity.

Mentorship is not simply a program—it is a relationship, a journey, and a calling to build up the body of Christ one life at a time.
