POWERED BY CHRIST MINISTRIES
PARTNER WITH US
Affiliates, Collaborators, and Kingdom Partners
Building Together for the Glory of God
Why Partnership Matters
We Were Never Meant to Build Alone
The Great Commission was never given to one person, one church, or one ministry. It was given to the whole body of Christ. At Powered by Christ Ministries, we believe that strategic, Spirit-led partnerships multiply what God is doing and extend the reach of the Gospel further than any of us can go alone.
We are actively seeking churches, pastors, and ministry leaders who share our biblical convictions and our passion for the Gospel — and who want to collaborate in ways that are mutually strengthening, Kingdom-focused, and Christ-honoring.
This is not a transactional relationship. It is a covenant of purpose — working side by side to see lives transformed, communities served, and the name of Jesus Christ lifted high.
"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Ways to Partner
What partnership CAN LOOK LIKE
We recognize that every ministry has a different capacity and calling. Partnership with PBC is flexible, purposeful, and centered on what God is building rather than on organizational formality.
Church Affiliation
Bible-believing local churches that share PBC's doctrinal convictions and missional values can affiliate with the ministry. Affiliated churches receive access to ministry resources, training, and collaborative opportunities while maintaining full autonomy in their local leadership and operations.
Ministry Leader Collaboration
Individual pastors and ministry leaders who want to collaborate on conferences, outreach events, mentorship initiatives, or community programs. Collaborative partners work alongside PBC in specific projects while bringing their own gifts, networks, and communities into the shared Kingdom effort.
Church Planting Partners
Where no Gospel witness exists, PBC plants churches and raises up local leadership. Church planting partners walk alongside us in this process — providing prayer, resources, and support as new congregations are established, discipled, and handed fully to the local community.
Financial Partnership
Those who feel called to invest financially in the work of PBC Ministries can partner as financial supporters — giving toward specific programs, events, church planting efforts, or the general ministry fund. Every financial partnership is an act of faith sown into eternal Kingdom work.
What Partners Receive
How PBC Serves Its Partners
Partnership is a two-way relationship. We are committed to being a ministry that pours into its partners as much as it receives from them.
Ministry Resources and Training
Access to PBC's teaching materials, leadership development content, mentorship frameworks, and biblical discipleship tools to strengthen your ministry's foundation.
Leadership Mentorship
Direct access to Apostle Gerald Gold and Pastor Betty M. Gold for pastoral counsel, leadership guidance, and mentorship for ministry leaders navigating growth and challenge.
Network and Visibility
Connection to a growing network of ministry leaders, churches, and Kingdom workers across Kenya and the United States who share a common Gospel vision and values.
Conference and Event Collaboration
Opportunities to co-host or participate in PBC's annual men's and women's conferences, community outreach events, and ministry gatherings in Kenya and beyond.
Prayer and Spiritual Support
PBC commits to praying consistently for its partners — their ministries, families, communities, and vision. Partnership begins and is sustained in the place of prayer.
Church Planting Support
For partners called to church planting, PBC provides strategic guidance, biblical frameworks, leadership training, and ongoing support through the planting and handoff process.
Our Foundation
WHAT WE BUILD ON
Every PBC partnership is built on shared convictions, not convenience. These are the non-negotiables that ground every relationship we enter.
Principle 01
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything. We partner only with those who hold to the authority of Scripture and the centrality of Christ in salvation.
Principle 02
Partnership is built on genuine relationship, not transactional exchange. We look for leaders who are drawn to the mission, not just the opportunity.
Principle 03
We serve communities — we do not use them. Every collaborative effort must reflect the servant heart of Christ and prioritize the dignity and growth of the people being served.
Principle 04
Duplication at the local level is always the goal. In church planting and community work, we build up local leaders to duplicate the work of the ministry.
Principle 05
Character matters more than credentials. We are looking for men and women of integrity, humility, and genuine faith — leaders whose private lives reflect their public ministry.
Principle 06
All partnership is to the glory of God alone. We do not seek to build platforms, promote names, or expand organizations. We seek to see Christ exalted and lives transformed. The Holy Spirit expands ministry as we walk in obedience to Him.
Who We Partner With
What We Look For in a Partner
-
Biblical faithfulness — a demonstrated commitment to Scripture as the final authority in doctrine and practice
-
Gospel alignment — full agreement with PBC's Statement of Faith and the core doctrines of the Christian faith
-
Servant leadership — a posture of humility, accountability, and genuine care for the people being served
-
Missional heart — a clear calling to reach the lost, disciple believers, and serve communities with the love of Christ
-
Integrity of character — a track record of faithful, honest ministry leadership that honors Christ in private as much as in public
-
Relational commitment — a willingness to invest in a genuine, long-term relationship rather than a one-time transactional connection
A Word of Transparency
PBC Ministries is intentional about who we partner with. We have learned through experience that not every request for partnership reflects a genuine Gospel alignment. Some requests are motivated by financial opportunity rather than shared mission, and we have a responsibility to steward the trust of our supporters and the integrity of this ministry carefully.
We welcome every inquiry with an open heart. But we ask that those who reach out do so honestly — sharing who they are, what they are building, and what they genuinely believe partnership could accomplish for the Kingdom. A conversation is always the first step.
We are not looking for numbers. We are looking for the right people
